Rob Go, a partner and cofounder of the venture capital firm NextView Ventures, is always on the lookout for consumer-oriented software companies that aim to make life better for everyday people. He has invested in Boston-area ventures such as Devoted Health, a Waltham-based health care company; Tive, a supply chain tracker that ensures businesses get full and on-time shipments; and GetHuman, which helps connect people with customer service representatives. Prior to NextView, Go backed early-stage consumer Web and mobile companies at the firm Spark Capital, and worked in product marketing and discovery at eBay. Go holds a bachelor of science in economics from Duke University and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
