Niraj Shah is the CEO and cofounder of Wayfair. He built the Boston-based e-commerce company into one of the largest online retailers of home furnishings in the country, offering free shipping on just about every one of the thousands of couches, nightstands, and tables for sale. Amid the pandemic-era boom in online shopping and home improvement, Wayfair exploded in popularity, netting $12.2 billion in 2022, after hitting a peak of $14.1 billion in 2020. He is also the board director of the Shah Family Foundation, which he started with his wife, Jill, to improve access to food, health and wellness services, and education. Previously, Shah cofounded and led Spinners, an IT and Web services company. Shah holds a bachelor of science in engineering from Cornell University.

Niraj Shah was also on the 2022 Tech Power Players list.
