Christopher Ahlberg is the CEO and cofounder of the Somerville intelligence company Recorded Future, which analyzes data from across the Internet on potential digital or physical attacks. Recorded Future has more than 1,500 clients, including the governments of 30 countries. Before and during the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Recorded Future tracked the conflict in real time, monitoring cybercriminal activity. Before starting Recorded Future in 2009, Ahlberg founded the business intelligence firm Spotfire, which was acquired bythe Silicon Valley company TIBCO in 2007. Ahlberg also advises several startups and sits on the board of directors of the Hult International Business School. Ahlberg earned his master’s degree and doctorate in computer science from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. 

Christopher Ahlberg was also on the 2022 Tech Power Players list.
