Andrew Bialecki is cofounder and CEO of Klaviyo, a Boston-based marketing automation platform that helps companies turn transactions with consumers into long-term relationships through e-mails and text messages based on customer interactions. Klaviyo, which reached a $9 billion valuation in 2021, works with more than 100,000 brands, including Glossier, Something Navy, and KURU Footwear. In 2022, over the course of Black Friday and Cyber Monday alone, brands using Klaviyo attributed $2.2 billion in revenue to Klaviyo’s messages. Prior to Klaviyo, Bialecki worked at several software companies, including as chief technology officer at RockTech, lead engineer at Applied Predictive Technologies, and senior engineer at Performable. Bialecki attended Harvard University, where he studied physics, astronomy, and astrophysics.

Andrew Bialecki was also on the 2022 Tech Power Players list.
